ARMYs WE DID IT! Our boys won all three of the awards in which they were nominated, becoming the First Asians ever to win the ARTIST OF THE YEAR award at a western show. It is a huge achievement! American Music Awards 2021, were scheduled to be on Sunday,21st November at 8 pm ET. BTS was nominated in ARTIST OF THE YEAR, FAVOURITE POP DUO OR GROUP, and FAVOURITE POP SONG ( BUTTER), and it's a clean sweep! they took all these three awards home!

The acceptance speech for Artist Of The Year, it gave us so many emotions seeing RM nervous and not knowing what to say. He thanked ARMY saying " ... four years ago we had given this first time ever on tv live performance at this stage AMAs, it was DNA. You (ARMY) were too excited and nervous at that time, it has been a long and amazing ride since then but nobody could ever bet on the odds of us standing here receiving this award.. except you...except you ARMY!" His speech was followed by Suga thanking the ARMY,
And then by Jungkook " .....this award opens up the beginning of a new chapter and in the past few years we learned that each and every moment is precious and in 2022 we want to focus on...." he was then dragged away from the mic by Jin to cut short the speech, their interaction is adorable.
The smiles on their faces say it all.. their happiness, gratitude, and love for ARMYS! They don't have to say anything else!
